At Kasturi, the process starts with raw material selection. Chillies and whole spices are chosen for aroma, freshness, and consistency — not for price.

Ingredients are cleaned, dried, and blended carefully to preserve their natural oils and flavour character. No artificial colours are added to “improve” appearance. No excess salt is used to increase weight.

Every batch is prepared with the same discipline, so the taste you love today remains the same tomorrow.
